Troubleshooting Consultations are for families with specific sleep-relate challenges such as nap transitions or early rising.
This service is perfect for parents who are seeking insight into ways to tweak their daily rhythms in order to improve sleep.

In-depth intake assessment.
From this I will provide individualised & holistic troubleshooting advice during a 45 minute consultation. This advice will then be emailed through for future reference whilst you navigate your way through this challenge or transition.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with an intake form.
On the day of your booking, we will meet for a 30 minute zoom consultation to discuss your sleep situation.
Within 24 hours you will receive an email with the individualised insight and strategies to optimise your family’s sleep that were discussed during the consultation.

If you have a lot of challenges around sleep, this is not the service for you. This service supports parents with one challenge or transition related to sleep.
